Well I have never "swapped" that exact unit but If I have this right you are going from a reg cab to Ex cab?
OK Providing the Mounts on the frame will line up here's how I would go about it {in theory} [which means outta my head onto the puter screen hoping not to miss something important] remove the front sheet metal fenders hood rad support. remove the wiring harness undo @ fire wall remove steering column or the shaft from the column to the box. Undo brake lines from master leave master on cab. undo all cables speedo ,E brake, shifting linkages,A/C lines. . . Undo the cab mounts lift cab off & reinstall in opposite. Well I don't know if this helps hope it did. R

I take it you are not putting the box back on............
I believe that the 4x4 has a different floor pan than the 2 wheel drive....at least a Chevy does.........There may be some tranny/transfer case clearance problems.
