where to find Body/tech Manuals

where can I pick up tech manuals for vehicles? Im looking for some for early 70's GMC and Chevy pickups but am not sure where to look. Also, as a relative newbie, what are the certain books I should look for. I know you can never have to much learning material, but im sure there are some absolute musts when it comes to these things.

Any help?

Auto parts stores..Amazon..book store..Once we know what you have then you can be directed to places that have the manuals for your specific vehicle..As best we can..Some guys have oddball kinds of things
