Post bondo and fiberglass

Need help! Is it ok to use bondo on top of fiberglass for car hoods? I used bondo to smoothen and shape a fiberglass hood, but realized that the hood will have a lot of expansion and contractions. Will bondo react with this? Any tip is greatful

Thanks

Marriage made in heaven! As long as the bondo isn't super thick (not a good idea anywhere), it will do super on fiberglass. Much more compatible than bondo and steel.

Thumbs up

The scoop I did on my 'J <<< was fiberglassed on and the imperfections filled with minimal bondo. You'll be fine, just (as willys says) don't use it too thick or structurally.
