Evercoat does make a two part putty that can be applied over primer. Make sre you scuff the primer with 180 first. But If you are going to need alot of bondo you don`t wnt to use this.It`s not thick like regular bondo. If you try to apply to much it will run.If you need alot do what Henry said and remove the primar first. The Part #s For the Evercoat is 416 &417.
