bondo on sail panel
I just installed a full left rear quarter on my 72 nova and i was wondering what kind of bondo to use on the factory seam on the sail panel to the roof.
And should i put it on with layers and how thick. thanks to all

You can either use a fiberglass filler or regular body filler. I prefer fiberglass filler for my first pass on a lot of things as it's affected a lot less by moisture. If it's not a deep seam (more than an eighth to a quarter inch) you may be able to fill it in one shot. Just spread your filler on and let it harden. Sand it out and see how it looks. If you need more do another light coat. The less filler you use the better.
