Post boneyard seats

I'm building a 37 chevy pickup and need seats .I bought the truck without a seat and haven't found anything to fit the taper of the cab. Dodge minivan are too narrow and G.M mini van are to wide.
I'd like something with a low back and available at the wrecking yard, any ideas?

Cool

The Dodge mini van had two sizes of seats in the middle. The short one is 40 ins.I used one of those in my deuce. The guys at the yard showed me one of the wider ones but I can't remember how long it was.

I found a set out of a dodge intrepid for my 48. There are pictures in my photo album. They are a little wider than 20" and are real comfortable.
I picked up a pair off of ebay for $250. leather and power.

Good luck

I bought seats out of a 1986 Honda accord for my Malibu. They have a nice low back and have head rests. Without the head rests these seats would sit lower than the rear window of your cab. I had a good upholsterer install them. He did have to narrow the rails but they now look factory. I pick up the pair for $100 Canadian.
