Book/DVD/Website recomendation for porting BBC heads (i've gone into info overload)

i have done some searching both here and on the interweb and now its all starting to melt my mind.
i have seen some other request for books and you guys where able to steer them in a direction, so i thought why not ask?

i'm getting ready to do some grinding on my 781 heads soon.
they have been cut for the larger valves already.

i need to blend that in and do some short side work, maybe a gasket match?

is there a Book/DVD/Website or two that i cant concentrate my attention on to learn whats right/wrong and fact/fiction.

also, any input on this with some hints or tricks, from you guys would be valued.

and like always a picture is worth a 1,000 words so those will be needed.

Matt,

This may be worth a look http://www.powerbuildingvideos.com/i...=prod/prd1.htm

I've been thinking about investing in it myself.
