Borg Warner Super T10 trans mount bolts
 

Hiya. Traded my TH350 for a Super T10 and I let go of the trans mount with bolts attached.. anyone know what thread size the 2 mount holes are to save me guess work? I know it's not 7/16th-14 the poly trans mount came with those and they are too big.. looks like a 3/8th-16? Anyone confirm this? Thanks :thumbup:

It depends on what year the transmission is. Some of them used metric bolts. You can use the transmission mount from a Turbo 400. There are 2 different transmission mounts they sell at the parts stores, some don't have the holes drilled in the right spot and some are drilled to fit 2 different transmissions.

The tapped holes in the transmission mounting pad on the Super T-10 are metric 10MM x 1.25 pitch.

That explains why the 3/8-16 bolt was sitting a bit loose in there. Thanks for that, I'll try that tomorrow. :thumbup:
