Borg Warner T-10 to Chevy 235
I am working on a 1954 Chevy 235 6 cyl and want to do away with the enclosed driveline. Can I use a Borg Warner T-10, aluminum 4 speed, and if so what do I need to adapt it? ... Thank You

I bolted up a Saginaw directly onto a 1955 chev 235 truck engine bell housing. Engine was in a 1950 chev 1/2 ton truck. I used a 1967 chev 1/2 ton differential with 6 lug wheels. Requires a special shifter location mount in a truck... a car should be easier to mount the shifter. Are you familar with Patrick Dykes of Patricks Antique Cars n Trucks in Casa Grande AZ ? He builds many parts for these old Chev engines
