Strongest stock box you might stick in would be a Big Block Ford TopLoader with a pro-shift upgrade on the syncro's. Jericos design is based directly off of this design, and Jerico reccommends that over 750 HP their stuff is not what you should be looking at, you need something bigger.
The ST-10 might take it for a while with the suitable upgrades, but you would need two so that you could rotate them out for R-n-R.
I don't know about the "limited to clutchless" aspect, haven't looked at these in a while. Gave up on the stick shift stuff a while back, it's expensive to run hard
