Borg Warner VS Richmond 5 speed

My questions are: What is the maximum horsepower a Borg Warner trans. and Richmond 5 speed rating as well?
And which one would be better for my chevy 383 stroker pushing 400 horsepower give or take? (which one will give me less headaches ie:it breaking down on me)?
Thank you for your reply.

Richmond 5 speed has a lot to offer, but no overdrive; 5th is 1:1 ratio.
Borg Warner T5 World Class will hold up, especially if you do not speed shift it.
Borg T56 is even stronger. Ford is spec'ing this trans for their new Shelby 500 for 2007. Factory 450+hp. 5.4L with a blower. Think about it. Excellent trans and overdirve in a stick. No brainer for a stick guy.
