the 700r4 4th gear servo, would it be good to use in my car i have an 87 camaro z 28 5.7 350 w/ a 700r4 and what kind of performance changes would that give? a store in the next town over is the only place i found that sold clutch packs here (3/4 pack) and theres was like 35 dollars or something like that , is that some generic **** or something like that that i will be changing next month?

I dont know that much about the insides of the trannys but if i were you id talk to the guy who is going to go though it for you and see what would be best to put back.I dont know about out there but most of the guys around here have them rebuilt with the corvette stuff put back in them.I would think that any trans, shop that rebuilds them could order you what ever you want and give you good info on what to put in one.
