Which body style? Year? For replacing top wood, not a problem. Just make up a framework of doubled up 2x6's. If you have to replace the body channels, then you need to do some bracing. These are 'forgiving' bodies, built loose to bolt on to that wet noodle of an OEM chassis. This is a '31 and is not bolted to the chassis. Usually it was on a pair of saw horses with the above mentioned 2x6 framework:

My roadster - built up the same way except I had to make sure the doors were on if it was moved off that 2x6 framework
