Post Brake booster

The inlet side has a filter and a screen,no way to connect anything to it. Thanks anyway for the reply. madmacs34@earthlink.net

Hey Mac, a brake booster works by the engine or vac pump sucking a vac inside the chamber, it has a rubber diaphram that helps activate the master cyl with less foot pressure. Is your pump sucking vac or building pressure???

woodsedge,I took the filter and screen off and using the inlet side to create vacuum. It seems to be working but I'm not sure if this the correct way to operate the pump or if I'll damage it. I'm going to run it like this and see what happens. Thanks for the e-mail Mac
