Brake booster advice

Like many gear heads I am on a budget. And when I do have cash im a tight ***! haha

But I am going to the junk yard this week and I have been trying to come up with ideas for a brake booster for my 1937 chevy truck. I am thinking about a jeep cherokkee booster?

if you want a firewall mount anything will work that matches your brake system (drum/drum, disk/drum, disk/disk). the smaller the booster, the less boost you will get. personally, i think firewall mounted boosters detract from the build.

under floor boosters are limited in size and thus limited in boost.

i used an 03 mustang hydroboost mounted under floor. it keeps the firewall free from the booster and gave me maximum power to the brake system. i have since added a remote reservoir so i can check and fill the mc on the firewall.
