I had master P/C and it held up fine. That's not to say glycol based fluid won't harm P/C. Polyalkylene glycol ether based fluids are very effective at removing paint, as well as P/C, if give sufficient time. I spilled fluid on P/C items, master, callipers etc, many times, but cleaned it imeadeatly. Just be diligent with clean up and you should be fine. DOT 5 sillcone will not harm but problems of it's own.
