I have a 67 Camaro where the brake lights work fine, turn signals work fine, but when I apply the brake with the right turn signal the left brake light does not work. I've jiggled the wiring harness, replaced light bulbs, replaced light sockets, but still no good. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks,
Chris
You have a short Between the turn-signal and brake light circuits.
Check the Steering Column at the turn-signal plate for shorted and or broken wires.
Follow the harness back under the dash, to the tail lights and try to find where it's shorted, The plugs are a good source of shorts, and where the harness goes under the backseat.
Hope it helps!
