Gasoline resistance doesn't necessarily equate to brake fluid resistance.

I would use an inexpensive hydraulic ball valve...
PARKER V500P-4 BALL VALVE NEW* on eBay!
If you use a valve that is not specifically for brake fluid, you may want to do the research to find out if the seals used are compatible with brake fluid.
That Allstar piece that Cobalt linked looks real nice.....
