Brake master cylinder problem

Hi

My buddy is building a 1970 Impala show car. He got his master cylinder chromed and now we cant get the rear part of the master cylinder to pump out fluid. The front we got to work fine but the back is clogged or jammed or just froze I don't know what to say...

Is there anything I can do to try and free up the master cylinder?

Heres a ol pic of it.

Is it a DRUM/DRUM or DISC/DRUM application? Do you have it plumbed through a combination valve or proportioning valve? Will it squirt directly from the rear port line?

Who put in the kit after it came back from chrome?
