Brake pedal Hard

So, did a front disc brake swap on my 68 camaro. New rotors/vac booster/proportioning valve/ lines etc etc. Still have a hard brake pedal? Almost like standard non assited brakes except harder? 14 psi at booster? Any thoughts?

Brake master cylinder, maybe piston inside is to big.Smaller piston less push, big piston more push.As little as 1/8 in. piston size will make a difference.

did you change the master cylinder. a drum/drum will not work on disc/drum . it takes more fluid for the disc .
