I've instaled a dual disc brake system, on my coupe. The problem is when the vaccum is applied, the brakes grab hard, and then the pedal fades to the floor. The master cylinder and booster are mounted under the floor. the engine is a stock vette lt1 350, so vaccum is ok. There appears to be no vaccum leaks. The brakes are blead. any sugestions?

Don't do much custom work like what you have but in a normal car the symptoms you described would usually be a deffective master cylinder or air trapped in there somewhere. Maybe because of the set-up you have some air isn't bleeding out. Sorry unable to offer any better ideas.
