Brake Question 1971 Ford Pinto Spindles

I have a 31 Ford Hotrod with a 302 ford motor and with 1971 Ford Pinto disk brake Spindles. I would like to install larger rotors and calapers. Anyone know what will fit the spindle?

Or a web site to buy upgrade rotors and calapers for those spindles?

Ford uses that type spindle for many vehicles. Granada rotors and a spacer/mount for the caliper are common.
