Wink brake rotor conversion

Howdy ... I've got a 50 chevy p/u with an 87 suburban suspension bolted in up front. Does anybody know of a way to use rotors with a 4 3/4 bolt pattern on this. They are currently 5 on 5, but I have a Posi rear end available from a 95 z28 and that uses 4 /3/4. Would like all rims to be same size..Thanks,,,,

you could get rims w/multi lug patterns, thats what I did w/my s10 frame w/a frod 9inch thats under my 48 burb.. BUT I also believe you maybe able to use a late 90's style camaro hub assembly on the truck spindle & that'll give you 5x4 3/4 pattern and also some full size GM cars did run a 5x4 3/4 pattern & they should also fit your spindle..............joe
