my 64 t-bird is all around drums and cant stop worth a sh!%. i wanna take the front disc breaks and brake booster and mastercylinder off a 65 t-bird. will this work for me any suggestions?

64 to 66 T-Birds are the same body type & the 65 being first year for discs. You need to take everything from the 65, don't forget the proportioning valve, have a look around the 65 to see if anything else is different from what's on the 64.

Found a 65 to look at but the guy wasnt willing to part with any parts everything looks the same under the hood except the brake booster and the steering gearbox. i got a hold of 65 at a pick a part it was stripped down but i made out with the front dick brakes arms and all. any idea if the steering gearboxs are swapable because the 64"s is huge and wont allow aftermarket full length headers but the 65 will

The steering box should be swappable but you may need to get all the drag link and tie rods just to be sure, for comparison to your old parts. The steering column attachment may also be different, so you may need the column also.

Blame Ford for changing so many different parts on their cars EVERY dang year, instead of picking a design and sticking with it.
