brake switch

what car could i get disc brakes off of for a 70 torino gt?

Easiest and less parts swapping would be 70/71 TORINO or 1970 MUSTANG spindles and brakes. If hard to find, then you would go the GRANADA/MAVERICK route. It is going to need disc brake spindles.

I do not claim to be very knowledgeable about the post WWII Fords.....but shouldn't a real 1970 Torino GT already have disc brakes??

FORD standardized disc front on all models finally in 1976 I believe it was.
