Huh? that's the first time I have heard anyone say disc brakes are no good for racing? How do you figure wrenchturner? The small amount of drag associated with the pads on the rotor does not affect the car? Does it? I need some futher explanation?

...well lets see, drag racing, nascar, indy cars, and just about every other kind of race car uses disc brakes. They are the way to go my freind. The 2lb resistance on the disc has almost no effect on how fast a 3000lb car will go. THink about it.

disc brakes are the best for all performance set-ups.
go to
www.jegs.com
www.mpbrakes.com
<a href="http://www.ecihotrodbrakes.com]www.ecihotrodbrakes.com[/URL]
any of these companies have disc set ups for the rear. expect to put out $300 or more. good luck.
