Throw some money at it.

Seriously, there are probably kits available, but, its probably best to determine what other updates you want to do. You might end up wanting to graft in a subframe from a later vehicle to update the suspension as well. This donor vehicle will probably have the disks you are looking for. I did this with my 51 Ford pickup, by installing a Nova clip in it.....Power steering, power disk brakes
