i use rage filler from Evercoat. they also have a finish filler thats so creamy.

so far, i've only used ppg paint. no complaint with the paint, just the painter.

i got it at a local body shop. call around, you may be surprised.

A search will get you many responses to this question as everybody has their favorites- I like Evercoat also, but good stuff can be had at NAPA with the CUZ fillers and Tech/Base or Cross/Fire systems. Look at many and buy the best you can afford!

I agree on the Evercoat products, the best I have used, mixes well with almost zero air bubbles. Ditto on the PPG products also, as good as anyones. Whatever brand you decide to go with do not mix brands. Use the same brand primer as the paint you will be using. It eleminates any compatability problems.

For filler I use the stuff at Napa. I think it's called Microlite, or something like that. It's a little expensive, but I've heard it's some of the best stuff you can get.

Yes, if the surface is prepared properly.

i use evercoat Rage gold and evercoat z-grip fillers and evercoats metal glaze as a finishing putty. they all work great and all can be put over plastic. I have seen the z-grip used over lead also, but if using it over lead wait over night so that its fully cured. as for primer, i have used all in the BASF line. but as a middle grade Diamonts DP26 is a good one and u can also use it as a wet on wet sealer and it is also tintable.

The fillers at NAPA ARE Evercoat products. The top of line "Tec/bodyfiller" 6378 being RAGE (GOLD I believe).
