brodix rr or 049s

I know this is gonna sound crazy but the brodix rr ovals are 1200 for the pair bare I have some 049s now but not sure what size valves if it has the upgraded valves I figure I could sell them for 400 and 200 without the upgrade. I was gonna get the lunati hdy roller complete kit which includes all the retainers springs locks and seals. If I get the racerites I will need valves but the money from the sell of the 049s should help. So going with a stock rotating assembly and forged dome pistions hoping for around 9.5 cr and the lunatini voodo roller set up. Would it be worth the extra cost to get the racerites. Any help you can give would be great wonna get the heads while they are still on sale. Also if there would be anything else needed to make the heads work or to finish assembly. Thanks again

The RR is a much nicer piece than any stock head, at least 30hp better. I would shoot for a static compression of 10:1, maybe 10.5. If you buy the bare heads, you may have to do some of the valve bowl work yourself to get the potential flow out of them.
