I once had an old GMC Suburban that would do similar things and only when the outside temps were above 80 degrees.
After much greif, nashing of teeth and dis-assembly of most every component.. Three different new fuel pumps. It turned out to be the nylon "sock" on the fuel pick up, in the gas tank. Someone, at a previous time, had poured something very strong into the fuel tank and the sock melted/shriveled up like an insect cacoon.. Amazing any fuel at all came thru it.. Look for a restriction in your fuel line.. |

What Bob said ^^, which includes all filters, if it has an in carb filter, check that too.
