Buffing Problem

Well I can't seam to find out what is happening, I have painted my car with PPG BC/CC The clear is dcu 2021, It has sat for 2 weeks, I wet sanded with 2000, and I buffed with a wool pad, then white foam pad and 3m perfect 2 compound, I washed it in between, then used a blue foam pad and 3m ultra fine polish, In the shade it looks great, but when I shine a lite on it it is dull in some areas. Could anyone help me ??
Thanks

The feeling I get is that you stopped to early with the white foam pad. 2 weeks is a bit long to wait but it will come around although you'll need to go back to 2000 grit easy to just dull the surface again. Skip the wool pad and start with the white foam pad . Buff two times with the white foam pad not counting on that the grey or "blue" foam pad to finish it the rest of the way... All the dullness needs to be out with the white pad... then enhacne everything with the grey/"blue"

hope to have helped,

milo
