I NEED TO TAKE OFF THE HARMONIC BALANCER
OFF MY 1953 CHEVY 210 STRIGHT 6
I NEED TO FIX THE TIMEING CHAIN COVER

ANY HELP THANKS BUGGMANN

Edit: Sorry it seems the instructions are´nt instructions just a parts list, but it does say instructions included.

buggmann in need of help

Am I wrong, or didn't the inline 6's in those days have a gear drive instead of a chain and it required removing the camshaft and pressing the timing gear off? You may need more than just a harmonic balancer puller.

Somebody jump in here and correct me if I am wrong.

you use just a standard harmonic dampener puller.. you thread the bolts into the dampener, and crank it down.. it is not bolted on, just pressed..

and yes, the timing set is a gear drive
