buggmann needs help with the inside of a 1953 chevy 210

i have a 1953 chevy 210 the car is
all stock and i would like to keep it
that way the interior is a two tone
green and a cream i would like to
start the interior soon but not sure
were to start were would be a good
place to start on the interior
i also put up the color chips
so people can see the colors

It doesn't matter where you start the interior. You can do the seats, or the door panels, or the kick panels, or the package shelf, or the headliner in whatever order you want. When it comes time to put it all back in the car, you need to do the windlace first, then the headliner, then the front and rear window moldings, then put in the package shelf, then the carpet, then put in the kick panels, then the seats. I save the door panels for last so they don't get wrecked while I'm going in and out of the car. The kick panel retainers at the front door jamb are real tricky. The car came with the windlace sliding into a groove in the retainer. It's really hard to duplicate that.

buggmanns 1953 chevy

the car i have is all stock but im not sure i might change the color
on the inside and out but not sure i do like the car on the link you
gave it looked real good and my older son likes the flame job on the
car but as far as the inside not sure yet thanks for the insight any
more let me know
