buick 3.8 heads

Does anyone know of a site that has a list of the casting numbers and chamber sizes for heads the will interchange for the 1984 buick 231?

The idea here is to get the stock motor up from 8.0 to 8.5. I have already looked up the pistons and they seem to be the same for the different compression motors, so different chamber sizes I guess.

Also are there other valves that have a flat end to them instead of the dished end I can substitute with to bump up the compression a bit more? (1.71x4.71 in 1.50x4.72 ex)

Thanks.

Also be careful when changing Buick 3.8 head parts around. The "flat valve" heads use different length and diameter valves/guides than the earlier ones. Assembled height is different/springs and some have intake and exhaust bolt holes in different locations.

I found all that info on my own, but I cant find the "chamber sizes" on these heads (unless I'm missing something). The idea is to bump this 3.8 up from 8.0 to 8.5. I might be wrong, but silvolite specs says all the pistons are the same.

Just found from some random site that they range from 44-48ccs, but no casting numbers to go with the CCs.. grrr!
