Buick dropped uprights?

Did Buick use identical uprights from 1937 to 1956?
The reason I ask is that I found a pair from a 1955 Buick and I want to confirm that I can use them on my 41.

Anyone please.

This is the uprights. If you want to lower the front suspension on these cars you replace the uprights with dropped ones. Also known as steering knuckles or dropped spindles on ball joint suspension cars.

Thanks ncbuicks for the mail address but I got the answer from another forum. I was told that 40-53 is the same then 54-56.
