Building headers where to find collectors?
Hi, Im building a set of custom headers for my 383 stroker. I found the header flanges, but i am having a harder time finding the merge collectors. Anyone know of a good place to find some fairly cheap? i've looked in jegs summit and on ebay... just found one or two and they are like $145!! i can buy a set of headers for that much lol... any help will be appreciated.

make your own, each of the 4 tubes @ the collector just needs 2 cuts, then group them into a 4 pack and weld them up
figure out what angle you want them to merge at, and figure out how much you would have to cut off to make the 4 pipes fit to the collector size you want in the end like this: Quote:
