building ls 6.0 truck engine
 

hii guys

i am from saudi arabia
i want to build a 2002 6.0 l truck engine to drop it in my 2000 camaro
but i want about 550 hp in the engine without using of a strocker kits
can anyone help me ? :smash:

Carb or EFI? You willing to use a Procharger, or turbo? Nitrous? What kind of budget?

You can convert to a carb using the Edelbrock p/n 2908 Vic Jr. (includes ignition box), get aftermarket or L92 heads, toss a big cam in it along w/headers and exhaust system and get the numbers you want. It will take a good bit of work to get that kind of HP hooked up and the rear end, tranny, and suspension will all need upgrades. If it were me, I'd be caging it.

my goal is biuld it my self and get about 500 hp
i will use the orignal strocker and change the piston to flat one
and i will look to L92 heads (is the camaro 2010 heads are same ?)
i expect the cam more than 0.580 lift
the injectors will be change to 40l
with fast intake manifold ,headers,some aluminum parts,3.73 rear end

what is the good piston for that
