Burner coating

I realise this is definitely not auto body related, but I just recently came into possession of a commercial grill. This is a pretty old model and I plan on fixing it up to use on the weekends or special occasions. I plan on glass beading the burners(cast iron) and am wondering what type of finish to apply after the glass beading? I thought about using the exhaust manifold paint from POR, but not sure that would be safe when the burner lights up. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Gotta get back to prepping my Bronco for it's paint job, more work and the "light at the end of the tunnel" is getting brighter though.

D.

I wouldn't paint ANYTHING anywhere near fire and my food with ANY auto paint products.
