Yes.
I have nerve damage on my hands ! arms legs & feet & I keep from getting "solvents" on me.
Ex:
get some paint on my hand or arm
1st try not to.
2nd wash it right away with GO JO
3rd paint thinner to wash it off later will result in my arms burning for a day or two.
Very uncomfortable.
