Hmm, well my top candidates would be the I80 corridor between PA and NYC, the beltway around DC and anything in Houston.

Ya, you just gotta love the 401. Lucky they installed the new toll hwy 407.
Its worth paying to keep out of the mess on the 401.

after looking at post #4 were number 9 for worst rush hours and I would have thought the Atlanta area would been higher up

I've been through Atlanta many times (I75) and every time it was busy!! A couple of times it was stop and go at midnight!!

East west routes make the most sense...at least to me. i would say I-10 or I 80

The question is ambiguous at best, as it doesnt say" which city has the worst rush hour" .
A highway goes somewhere IMHO...not just across town.
