Not a clue as to what you mean by 'snatch'. And a C4 behind an I-6 is not necessarily the same as one from a V8
A well set up C4 will handle 350 or more horsepower and do it effortlessly.
To install a Tremec, it is expensive and fairly complicated - flywheel, clutch and its linkage, shifter, bell housing and possibly a different crossmember and driveshaft, then the cost of a transmission - and which Tremec do you want - and that's just the easy stuff.
