C-4 vs C-6 Ford

I'm building a 1955 Ford drag car and am planning to use a 351W (possibly a 351C or M). Which transmission, C-4 or C-6, is the best for my application? I'm planning for a 10 sec quarter mile time so am thinking of around 600 HP. Also, I plan to use a Ford 9" N case rear end.

A C4 has less parasitic drag ... so it takes less HORSEPOWER to turn it.
C4's can be built to hold 600+ horsepower.

a stock C6 can hold it ... but they are very inefficient ( eats a lot of HP )
