C-6 question

I have a 67 C-6 trans behind a 390 in my 65 country squire and its starting to slip between 2nd and 3rd,it really never shifted too good between those gears and now its getting worse. Could it be a easy fix or is it time for the trans shop. Jeff

Take it to a tranny shop for free diagnosis. They'll let you know what's going on either way. If they tell you something like it only needs to be serviced, service it, and then if you end up having the same problems, take it back to them. How's the fluid level?
