C.A.R.S. disablement program
 

In an effort to assure that no engine components from clunker cars are resold, It is required that the oil be drained and replaced with sodium silicate and the engine run till it stops :) . Spose they never heard of draining the oil and water and throwing a brick on the throttle.

Or selling them to us so we can use the more modern, high-efficiency parts on our older cars. I'd take a couple or three Vortec 350 roller motors off their hands, and sell my old clunky junk to an off-road user.

Result: less pollution & better gas mileage for me, and less scrap metal to have to melt (lots of energy needed to heat a 550# iron engine to its melting point of ~2800*F) and ship to Detroit or Asia.

It's just an all around asinine government program dreamed up by the Al Gore types and the rest of the hypocrites in Washington. What a tremendous waste of our money.

Isn't it kind of redundant to say Government program and waste of money in the same paragraph?

Not to mention if you go to the Cars.gov site and don't read the Info/print and click continue. (ALL INFO) on your computer now belongs to the Federal Goverment. I'm not kidding!!!!!! :eek: :eek: Think Malware/Cookies etc.......

Now the socialist want you to send them any emails you get that slam the health care proposal. Yeah right, so they can log your IP address and email and keep a Communist eye on you. Only six months into this administration and it is already this bad, God help us for the next 3-1/2 years.
