Post c4 swap

I want to replace the fordomatic 2speed in my 63 falcon v8 with a c4.What changes do I need to make?I know there are aftermarket mount available for falcons.Thank you.My car has the original 260.mike in ohio

you will have to have the right bellhouse I'm fairly sure that 260 has a 5 bolt house, you should be able to bolt to the c4 because the house is removable, flywheels should be the same

You'll need to find a pre-65 tranny. After late 65 they changed the smallblocks (289) over to a 6 bolt bellhousing. The tranny is the same but the housing is different. I think you'll have to change your driveshaft length and slip yoke (due to splines) too, but not sure. Ask over on the Falcon club site, those guys will know.
