Yes i agree .. id opt for the hard-lines for the only reason being function ! Just be careful bending those lines lol i try not too touch lines cause i gots too much Braun and nots enuff brain when it comes to little hardlines haha

Take the time and spring for the expense of running hard line. If you run rubber hose you always run the possibility/probability of springing a leak and spraying your engine compartment with hot tranny fluid which could very easily cause a fire and burn your car right down to the ground.

Like the others stated, steel line would be the best, and actually cheaper in the long run.
Yes you can use a gas and oil resistant rubber hose, but there is always the possibility that chafing or a weakness in one spot will cause a leak. Hydraulic hose would work just fine without those worries, BUT the cost is substantially higher. |
