Cab dolly for 47-54 chevy truck
Am wondering if anyone has a cab dolly design with blueprints for the AD chevy trucks. Wanting to remove the cab from the frame due to space limitations but need something to support the cab in its natural state. Looking for a dolly design that allows easy movement of cab but still provides good strength for when I start cutting it up to do cab corners etc.
Thanks...Eric |

my body dollies are made from thin wall tubing. i cut a 6' piece and 2 4' pieces. 6 in the middle , 4 ' on ends. on each corner i weld a 12'' upright. to these i bolt 2x6 's. 8 ' for the car dolly and 4 ft for the truck. the truck dolly is only 4 ' long. i use good wheels for them as the cheaper ones don't last.
