Cadillac 331 Needs A 350 Turbo Trans.

I need information on converting a 350 gm transmission to fit a 1953 cad cdv.
right now it has a dynaflow. I can't stand it. Any connections to a machine shop that has done this before?

caddy trans

The 331 1949 to 1954 has a partial bellhousing cast with the block. so, the trans has to be altered. i heard some shops can cut the bell on the trans and attached an adapter so it will bolt up.

I think a company by the name Bendtsen’s produced an adapter for this application at one time. I may be incorrect

A google check produces : www.transmissionadapters.com for this company.

Quality Adapters are NOT cheap
