Cadillac adaptor?
Does anyone out there know of anyone or any company makes an adaptor to fit a 472/500 Cadillac to a standard Chevy transmission bolt pattern? Any info would be appreciated.

try out 500 cid.com and also cad 500parts.com. both sites are sharp. i still cant remember witch one it was that had info on a stude. check em both out. i promise youll love it

Thanks for the advice, I have never never dealt with Cadillac engines before and am wondering if they are the same transmission bolt pattern as a B.O.P. (Buick/Olds/Pontiac)? If so, I can get a adapter to bolt it to a powerglide.

the caddy uses the same pattern as pontiac ,olds and buick so a turbo 400 will fit as will a th350 or 200R4 now if you want a manual trans pontiac bell will fit but the flywheel will have to be made custom, but I think MTS(www.500cid.com)had a few at one time.There was a guy over there who was talking about how it was done and where the parts could be gotten
