Cadillac Engine Id

Hi all can someone please identify this cadillac engine for me please or direct me to where to find the info.

Engine block casting number 1468230

Heads 1476831

sorry numbers were a bit mixed up - (never was much good at school)

1469230 block number

emailed cad500 as there was nothing on their website that matched up

Do you have a clue as to what year it came out of?? that could be a be a big help as to what you likely have..

I got it from a mate that had it in a 59 caddy that was imported to NZ but he was sure that it was not the correct mill for that car. It was one of those things that was all good when seen but when it arrived here the motor had been switched out. He has put a new mill in as this one was really stuffed.
I want to put it into a chopped and chaneled model A that I'm building.

your right just been to the shed and it is 1479381 read it up side down .

If you google "jari's Cadillac site" you will find lots of info...but 1479831 still comes back to a 390" Cad, 4" bore...3 7/8" stroke,...10.5:1 compression,...325 hp @ 4800 rpm,....430 lbs. ft. torque @ 3100.....thats if its stock. Have fun with it, I'm picking up a '72 472" Cad this weekend for a future project. Also look at www.500cid.com (Maximum Torque Specialties) besides "cad500parts.com"
